What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Approved Services are defined as the specialized instruction and related services offered and sold at Bft fitness studios. As a Bft franchisee, you are granted the right to establish and operate a single studio, offering only these Approved Services and Approved Products, while utilizing the Bft system and marks.

Bft emphasizes the importance of uniformity across its franchise system, requiring franchisees to sell only Approved Services and Products, and to adhere to the System Standards. Franchisees must also sell all Approved Services and Approved Products mandated by Bft. This ensures consistency and quality throughout the Bft network.

If a franchisee wishes to offer services beyond the Approved Services, they must first seek approval from Bft. This involves providing detailed information about the proposed new services for Bft to determine if they meet the franchisor's standards. Bft also retains the right to modify the list of approved services, and franchisees must comply with these changes. This process ensures that all services offered under the Bft brand align with the franchisor's vision and quality standards.
