What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must provide annual certification of representations and warranties to Bft by January 10th of each calendar year during the term of the franchise agreement. This certification must be in writing and confirm the continuation of the representations and warranties made in the agreement, as well as the franchisee's compliance with the obligations outlined in the relevant section of the agreement.

This requirement ensures that Bft franchisees regularly affirm their adherence to the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement. By requiring this annual certification, Bft aims to maintain a consistent standard of operation and compliance across all its franchise locations.

Failure to provide this certification by the specified deadline could potentially lead to consequences as outlined in the franchise agreement, highlighting the importance of adhering to this requirement. Prospective franchisees should be aware of this annual obligation and factor it into their operational calendar to ensure timely compliance.
