What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, ClubReady training is part of the Initial Training Program for owner/operators. This training can be conducted either at Bft's headquarters in Irvine, CA, or virtually at a location of the franchisee's choosing. The ClubReady portion of the training consists of one hour of classroom instruction and no on-the-job training.

This means that new Bft franchisees have the flexibility to complete this segment of their training remotely. This can reduce travel costs and time away from their other responsibilities. However, franchisees should consider whether they prefer in-person training for a more hands-on learning experience.

While the FDD specifies the location and format for the ClubReady training within the Initial Training Program, it's important to note that Bft may offer additional or refresher training at its designated training facilities or on-site at the franchisee's studio. The location of these additional training sessions would need to be coordinated with Bft.
