What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee or at least one of the franchisee's operating principals must complete the Owner/Operator Module and the Initial Training Program. This ensures that the owner or a key leader within the franchise is well-versed in Bft's operational standards and procedures right from the start.

Additionally, any instructor that the franchisee hires to provide approved services at the Bft studio must complete the Pre-Opening Instructor Training. This requirement guarantees that all instructors are properly trained in Bft's specific methods and standards for delivering fitness instruction. The Pre-Opening Instructor Training is designed to provide instructors with additional guidelines and instruction for providing the Approved Services in accordance with the System.

Bft may conduct any training program virtually via live or prerecorded modules. Failing to ensure that personnel complete the required training programs before the studio's soft opening could lead to termination of the franchise agreement.
