We will provide you with a list of our then-current Approved Products and Approved Services, along with their standards and specifications, as part of the Learning Management System or otherwise in writing prior to the opening of your Studio. We may update or modify this list in writing at any time.
If you wish to offer any product or service in your Studio other than our Approved Products and Approved Services or use any item in connection with your Studio that does not meet our System Standards, you must first obtain our prior written approval as described more fully in this Item.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bft will communicate changes to the list of approved products and services in writing. Bft may update or modify this list in writing at any time.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to stay informed about these changes to ensure compliance with Bft's system standards.
If a franchisee wants to offer a product or service that is not on the approved list, they must seek prior written approval from Bft. Bft also retains the right to revoke approval of any previously authorized supplier, product, class, or service if it determines that it no longer meets the established specifications and standards. Franchisees must cease reordering any product or utilizing any supplier, product, class, or service that is no longer approved upon receiving written notice of such modification.
