Other than the preceding financial performance representation, we do not make any financial performance representations. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing Studio, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bft Franchise Disclosure Document, besides the financial performance representations included in Item 19, Bft does not make any other financial performance representations. However, if you are purchasing an existing studio, Bft may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. Bft also does not authorize its employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing.
Item 19 includes financial performance representations based on data from January 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2024. This includes data regarding gross revenue, active members, and new memberships. The item details the average gross revenue attributed to memberships, services, fees, and products for 29 qualified studios.
Specifically, the FDD includes data on the average monthly gross revenue for new Bft studios during their first 12 months of operation, along with the average number of active members and new memberships. For example, the average gross revenue for new studios in Month 1 was $12,605, with 11 out of 21 studios (52%) meeting or exceeding that average. By Month 8, the average gross revenue had increased to $29,193. The FDD also includes financial performance representations regarding the percentage of revenue derived from memberships, services, fees, and products.
