- 17.4 Notices. All notices which the Parties hereto may be required or permitted to give under this Agreement must be in writing and must be delivered or mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage paid, or by reliable overnight delivery service, addressed as follows.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must send written notices to BFT Franchise SPV, LLC at 17877 Von Karman Ave., Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92614, and should mark it to the attention of the President. The document specifies that these notices must be delivered or mailed by certified or registered mail, with a return receipt requested and postage paid, or sent via a reliable overnight delivery service.
Bft may also send notices to the franchisee at the Studio's address. If the Studio has been permanently closed, the notice should be sent to an address provided by the franchisee. Either party can change their notice address by providing written notice to the other party.
Bft may also provide notices via electronic mail to the franchisee's designated email address listed on Exhibit 1 of the Franchise Agreement. Notices sent via email are considered delivered one business day after transmission. These stipulations ensure that all official communications between Bft and its franchisees are documented and properly delivered, whether through traditional mail, overnight service, or electronic means.
