According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all notices required or permitted under the franchise agreement must be in writing. The acceptable delivery methods include mailing by certified or registered mail, with return receipt requested and postage paid, or using a reliable overnight delivery service.
For a Bft franchisee, this means that any formal communication with the franchisor, such as those regarding compliance, termination, or renewal, must adhere to these specific delivery methods. This ensures proof of delivery and receipt, which can be crucial in legal or contractual matters.
The notice to the Franchisor should be addressed to BFT Franchise SPV, LLC at 17877 Von Karman Ave., Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92614, Attention: President.
