What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the weekly royalty fee, along with other fees, is due every Wednesday. Prior to initial training, a franchisee must sign and deliver a document that authorizes Beyond Juicery Eatery to automatically debit the restaurant's checking account each Wednesday for all fees owed. These fees include, but are not limited to, the royalty fee, marketing fund fee, interest fees, purchases from affiliates, and any other payable fees.

This automatic debit system ensures that Beyond Juicery Eatery receives timely payments and reduces the administrative burden on both the franchisor and franchisee. However, it also means that franchisees must carefully manage their cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available in their account each Wednesday to cover these fees. Failure to do so could result in returned payment fees or other penalties.

Gross sales, which are used to calculate the royalty and marketing fund fees, include all sales of goods and services from the restaurant, such as smoothies, juices, food products, soups, beverages, and licensed merchandise. Gross sales also encompass any revenue generated from selling goods and services under the Beyond Juicery Eatery name outside the restaurant, such as through catering or food trucks. This comprehensive definition of gross sales ensures that all revenue streams contribute to the fees owed to Beyond Juicery Eatery.
