What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beyond Juicery Eatery Franchise Disclosure Document, each restaurant must operate under the name "Beyond Juicery + Eatery" or other names that the franchisor may designate or update. This means that as a franchisee, you are required to use the brand's established name for your location, ensuring consistency across all Beyond Juicery Eatery restaurants. The franchisor retains the right to modify the name, so franchisees must stay updated with any changes.
Operating under the prescribed name is a standard practice in franchising, as it helps maintain brand recognition and uniformity. Customers will easily identify the restaurant as part of the Beyond Juicery Eatery chain, which can contribute to customer trust and loyalty. This also allows Beyond Juicery Eatery to control its brand image and ensure that all locations represent the brand in a consistent manner.
Beyond Juicery Eatery also requires franchisees to offer delivery and off-site catering services according to their specifications. However, franchisees cannot engage in providing food and beverage through any fixed or portable food booth, food cart, food truck, food trailer, or similar model of service or distribution, or any event that involves off-site food preparation without prior written consent from Beyond Juicery Eatery. This restriction ensures that the brand maintains control over how and where its products are sold, preventing unauthorized or inconsistent operations that could harm the brand's reputation.
