- Note 2 On-the-job training will consist of approximately eighty (80) hours of on-the-job management training at a Restaurant unit designated by us at our discretion. The training will include all of the areas listed in Note 1 above as performed in the Restaurant. Your Team is required to be "certified" and satisfactorily complete, as determined in our discretion, the on-the-job training. We do not charge for this initial on-the-job-training, but you must pay travel and living expenses for you and your Team, as well as your Team's wages. We may, in our sole discretion, require one (1) or more of your managers to engage in additional training beyond the eighty (80) hours. Your Franchisee Designate, if different from you, may be required to participate in additional training, as determined by us in our sole discretion. This additional training may delay the opening of your Restaurant. You are required to pay for this additional training. You and your Team may be required to participate in additional training programs or refresher courses. See Item 6 for additional training or additional assistance. We will attempt to coordinate System-wide refresher courses with periodic Franchisee meetings.

While Beyond Juicery Eatery does not charge a fee for the initial on-the-job training, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for themselves and their team, as well as their team's wages during the training period. Beyond Juicery Eatery may also require one or more of the franchisee's managers to engage in additional training beyond the initial eighty (80) hours, and the franchisee is responsible for paying for this additional training. The Franchisee Designate may also be required to participate in additional training, as determined by Beyond Juicery Eatery.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that they and their team may be required to participate in additional training programs or refresher courses.
