the Area Development Agreement.
If you wish to purchase between two (2) and four (4) Restaurants, you will pay us a non-refundable initial franchise fee of $30,000 for the first Restaurant. The initial franchise fee will be discounted by 50% for your second, third, and fourth Restaurants. To obtain the discount, you must sign franchise agreements for all of the Restaurants at the same time and will not receive any extensions of the opening deadlines.
We encourage referrals from our existing franchisees. Our referral program offers a $1,000 referral fee to the person who refers us to a franchisee prospect that we are not currently in discussions with and have not previously contacted. The referral fee is payable only if the referred prospect becomes a Beyond Juicery + Eatery franchisee. The referral fee is provided after the new Restaurant opens for business to the public. The incoming prospective franchisee must have signed a franchise Agreement, and the initial franchise fee must have been paid to us before we will provide the referral fee. We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify, amend, or terminate our referral program. If a franchisee wishes to benefit from the referral program, the referring franchisee must be in good standing.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard initial franchise fee is $30,000 for the first restaurant. This fee is non-refundable. If a franchisee purchases between two and four restaurants, the initial franchise fee is discounted by 50% for the second, third, and fourth restaurants. To receive this discount, the franchisee must sign franchise agreements for all restaurants simultaneously and adhere to the opening deadlines.
Beyond Juicery Eatery also offers area development agreements. If a development schedule includes more than five restaurants, a development fee of $20,000 is required for each restaurant exceeding five. This development fee is also non-refundable and must be paid in full upon signing the Area Development Agreement. This fee reserves future development rights in the designated territory.
Notably, Beyond Juicery Eatery will credit $20,000 against the then-current Initial Franchise Fee for each restaurant developed under the Area Development Agreement. This credit effectively offsets the initial franchise fee, making the development fee function as a deposit towards the franchise fee. However, the franchisee will pay the then-current Initial Franchise Fee each time a Franchise Agreement is executed.
