We have the following affiliates. Our affiliate, Beyond Juicery Eatery Commissary, LLC ("Commissary") provides products and services to our franchises through the operation of a commissary, which produces certain food itemsthat you are required to purchase. Our affiliate, Beyond Juicery Eatery IP, LLC owns the Trademarks used in connection with your Restaurant and has licensed us the right to sublicense the Trademarks to you. Our affiliate, Nostimo Brands, LLC ("Nostimo") has independently contracted with us to provide certain business, supervisory, and administrative services. Our affiliate, Beyond Juicery Eatery Food Trailer, LLC ("Beyond Food Trailer") owns and maintains a mobile food trailer that is made available to our franchisees for rent upon request and at our discretion. Our affiliate, BJE Gift Card Holdings, LLC ("BJE Gift Cards") provides certain services to our franchise system related to gift cards. We also have affiliates that operate Restaurants similar to the Restaurant being offered, including the following:
