What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual meeting, convention, or conference of franchisees is mandatory for you and/or your Franchisee Designate. This requirement extends to all meetings concerning new products, product preparation procedures, operational changes, restaurant management, sales strategies, and promotional activities. The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses associated with attending these meetings.

While your Franchisee Designate can attend the annual meeting, convention, or conference, the franchisee bears the cost of their attendance. Moreover, the Franchisee Designate must attend any required training meetings at the franchisee's expense. Beyond Juicery Eatery retains the right to mandate attendance at additional meetings under special circumstances, but they are limited to one such meeting per year and require a written notice at least ten days in advance.

During these meetings, Beyond Juicery Eatery may stipulate that attendees, including both the franchisee and/or the Franchisee Designate, must stay at the designated hotel location. This mandatory attendance ensures that franchisees remain informed about important updates, changes, and strategies within the Beyond Juicery Eatery system, fostering consistency and adherence to brand standards across all franchise locations.
