nd required software and applications. The POS and Computer System will generate reports on sales and expenses of the Restaurant. You will be solely responsible for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the Computer System. Neither we nor any affiliate or third party is obligated to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, or updates for your Computer System. We currently do not require that you purchase a maintenance, repair, update service contract for the Computer System, but we reserve the right to do so in the future. We estimate the current annual cost of a service contract is approximately $1,500. Our currently-required technology to be employed in the Restaurant consists of:
- Up to 2 POS terminals (terminal, printer, cash register);
- Up to 2 Kiosks (terminal, stand);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are solely responsible for the costs associated with updating their Computer System. Beyond Juicery Eatery is not obligated to reimburse franchisees for these expenses. The brand may require franchisees to update their Computer System or implement a system-wide POS system at any time, without contractual limitations on the frequency and cost.
Beyond Juicery Eatery specifies that it need not reimburse franchisees for any costs incurred in updating the Computer System. The Computer System is not proprietary to Beyond Juicery Eatery or its affiliates.
