- Make periodic visits to your Restaurant, as are reasonably determined to be necessary by us, for consultation, inspections, assistance, and guidance. Our representatives who visit your Restaurant may prepare written reports outlining any suggested changes or improvements in the operation of your Restaurant or describing any defaults that become evident. If produced, you will receive a copy of this written report from us. These inspections will be conducted to determine your compliance with our System. You must achieve a particular grade or score on such inspection as required by the Operations Manuals. Failure to achieve these satisfactory scores or grades will result in default notice (Franchise Agreement - Section 6.17).
We have organized a System Performance Review Program. If you fail to achieve a passing score on an assessment, you will be required to pay a fee to have your Restaurant reassessed for compliance with our System (Franchise Agreement - Section 6.05).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, periodic visits to your restaurant are for consultation, inspections, assistance, and guidance. Representatives from Beyond Juicery Eatery may create written reports that outline suggested changes or improvements to the restaurant's operation, or to describe any defaults that become evident. These inspections are conducted to determine your compliance with the Beyond Juicery Eatery system.
These visits and inspections are part of Beyond Juicery Eatery's ongoing support after the restaurant opens. Franchisees are required to achieve a particular grade or score on these inspections as mandated by the Operations Manuals. Failure to achieve satisfactory scores or grades can result in a default notice, meaning the franchisee is not meeting the brand's standards.
Beyond Juicery Eatery has also organized a System Performance Review Program. If a franchisee fails to achieve a passing score on an assessment, they will be required to pay a fee to have their restaurant reassessed for compliance with the system. This highlights the importance of maintaining brand standards and operational consistency, and the potential costs associated with failing to meet those standards.
