- Provide, in our discretion, to you or your Franchisee Designate and/or your managers refresher training programs and seminars. We may charge a fee for these refresher training programs, and, if necessary, you will be responsible for paying all travel and living expenses for you and your employees (Franchise Agreement - Section 3.03).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, refresher training programs and seminars may be provided to the franchisee, their Franchisee Designate, and/or their managers. These programs are provided at Beyond Juicery Eatery's discretion.
Prospective franchisees should note that Beyond Juicery Eatery may charge a fee for these refresher training programs. Additionally, the franchisee will be responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for themselves and their employees if they are required to attend.
