- Provide, in our discretion, to you or your Franchisee Designate and/or your managers refresher training programs and seminars. We may charge a fee for these refresher training programs, and, if necessary, you will be responsible for paying all travel and living expenses for you and your employees (Franchise Agreement - Section 3.03).
Advertising. As a franchisee, you must spend, annually throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement, a minimum of 1% of Gross Sales on Local Advertising for the Restaurant in your market. We must approve all advertising before you use it.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beyond Juicery Eatery may provide refresher training programs and seminars to franchisees, their designees, and/or their managers. The document states that Beyond Juicery Eatery has the discretion to offer these programs.
However, these refresher training programs and seminars may come with additional costs. Beyond Juicery Eatery may charge a fee for these programs. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for themselves and their employees to attend the training.
Beyond Juicery Eatery also organizes Franchisee meetings, which may include operational issues, best practice sharing, new product/service presentations, and Operations Manual amendments. Franchisees, their designees, managers, or other key employees may be required to attend these meetings, and the franchisee is responsible for all associated travel and expenses.
