Note 3 Jeff St. Andrew is principally responsible for training and is the designer of the training program. Additional employees or contractors of ours who have experience in some facet of the operation of a business, may assist in the implementation of the Staff Training. Those employees and contractors of ours who participate in the training programs will have, on average two (2) years of experience in the subject matter being taught and at least three (3) months of experience with our System.
