- Note 3 Jeff St. Andrew is principally responsible for facilitating training. Additional employees or contractors of ours who have experience in some facet of the operation of a business, may assist in the implementation of the Management Training. Those employees and contractors of ours who participate in the training programs will have, on average, two (2) years of experience in the subject matter being taught and at least six (6) months of experience with our System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Jeff St. Andrew is principally responsible for facilitating training for Beyond Juicery Eatery franchisees. The FDD also states that additional employees or contractors with experience in the operation of a business may assist in the implementation of the training.
