What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'System' for establishing and operating its restaurants is developed and owned by the Company. The 'System' is defined as a unique and proprietary system that the company has developed for the establishment and operation of Restaurants under the Trademarks.
This 'System' includes a distinctive image with exterior and interior design, decor, color scheme and furnishings, menu items, uniform standards, products, services and specifications, procedures for operations, inventory and management control (including accounting procedures and policies), training and assistance, and advertising and promotional programs. The company may modify or further develop this system from time to time in its sole discretion.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that Beyond Juicery Eatery maintains control over the brand's operational standards, appearance, and offerings. Franchisees are required to operate their restaurants according to the 'System' as defined and updated by the company. This ensures consistency across all franchise locations but also means franchisees have limited autonomy to make independent changes to the restaurant's concept or operations.
