What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beyond Juicery Eatery may organize and implement franchisee meetings using various formats such as in-person meetings, conference calls, webinars, and webcasts. These meetings are for franchisees, their designees (if different), managers, or other key employees, as determined by Beyond Juicery Eatery. Franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and associated expenses to attend these meetings.

The FDD states that the locations of the meetings will be determined by Beyond Juicery Eatery, and franchisees may be required to stay at the hotel where the meetings are held. The topics covered during these meetings include operational issues, sharing of "best practices", presentations of new products or services, and amendments to the Operations Manuals.

Beyond Juicery Eatery also states that they will attempt to coordinate System-wide refresher courses with periodic Franchisee meetings. This suggests that these meetings serve a dual purpose: keeping franchisees informed and providing additional training opportunities. Franchisees should factor in the potential costs of travel and accommodation when budgeting for ongoing business expenses.
