What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the on-the-job training for franchisees and their teams takes place at a Restaurant unit designated by Beyond Juicery Eatery at their discretion. The FDD also states that the on-the-job portion of the management training program is conducted at an affiliate's location in metropolitan Detroit, Michigan.
This on-the-job training consists of approximately 80 hours of management training. During this time, the franchisee and their team will be trained in all areas of Restaurant operations. The franchisee is responsible for covering travel and living expenses for themselves and their team, as well as their team's wages during this training period.
Beyond Juicery Eatery may also require one or more of the franchisee's managers or the Franchisee Designate to engage in additional training beyond the initial 80 hours, which could potentially delay the opening of the Restaurant. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with any additional training deemed necessary by Beyond Juicery Eatery. After the franchisee opens three or more Restaurants, one of them must be approved by Beyond Juicery Eatery as a Certified Training Restaurant.
