What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must have a desktop computer with certain minimum specifications to host the required POS system and software. The minimum requirements include the ability to run Windows 10, a 1 GHz or better processor, at least 1 GB of RAM, two USB ports, and a NIC 10/100/1000 or WiFi to connect to a router.

Beyond Juicery Eatery also requires franchisees to obtain and use a computer-based point-of-sale (POS) cash register system that provides independent access to all financial information. Franchisees must also purchase, subscribe to, and install a POS polling application, allowing access to daily sales and labor information. The POS and computer system will generate reports on sales and expenses, and the franchisee is responsible for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the computer system.

Beyond Juicery Eatery may also designate changes or enhancements to the POS system, potentially requiring franchisees to make payments to Beyond Juicery Eatery or its designated suppliers. While a maintenance, repair, and update service contract for the computer system is not currently required, Beyond Juicery Eatery reserves the right to mandate one in the future, estimating the current annual cost at approximately $1,500. Due to technological advancements, these specifications may change without notice, and franchisees may be required to update their computer systems or implement a system-wide POS at any time, without reimbursement from Beyond Juicery Eatery.
