If you fail to make such required renovations within thirty (30) days after your receipt of written notice from us setting forth the specific repairs or alterations that are required, then we, without being guilty in any manner of trespass, fault or negligence, and without prejudice to any of the other remedies we have, may have such repairs or alterations completed to maintain your Restaurant in accordance with our required standards.
If this occurs, you must immediately reimburse us for all costs we incur to make such renovations, repairs, or alterations.

The 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document for Beyond Juicery Eatery states that if a franchisee fails to make required renovations, Beyond Juicery Eatery will provide written notice specifying the necessary repairs or alterations. If the franchisee does not complete the renovations within the 30-day period, Beyond Juicery Eatery has the right to complete the repairs or alterations themselves. Should Beyond Juicery Eatery undertake the renovations, the franchisee is obligated to immediately reimburse Beyond Juicery Eatery for all costs incurred in completing the work.
