What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the management training program, Beyond Juicery Eatery will train the franchisee or their Franchisee Designate, if different, and up to three managers. This training is detailed in the Franchise Agreement, specifically in Section 3.03.
Beyond Juicery Eatery requires the franchisee to maintain a fully-trained and certified management team. This team must consist of the Franchisee Designate and at least three managers at all times. If management personnel are hired after the restaurant opens, the franchisee is responsible for the cost and expense of their training.
This initial training is included in the franchise agreement, but the franchisee is responsible for travel and living expenses for themselves (or their Franchisee Designate) and their management team. This ensures that the Beyond Juicery Eatery location is properly managed from the outset, with a certified team ready to uphold brand standards and operational efficiency.
