What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beyond Juicery Eatery FDD, franchisees are required to have up to 3 kitchen printers as part of their technology setup. This is in addition to other technology requirements such as POS terminals, kiosks, kitchen display screens, and a desktop computer. These systems are essential for managing sales, inventory, and overall restaurant operations.

The franchisee is responsible for acquiring, operating, maintaining, and upgrading the computer system. While Beyond Juicery Eatery does not currently require a maintenance contract for the computer system, they reserve the right to do so in the future. The estimated annual cost of a service contract is approximately $1,500.

Having the right number of kitchen printers is crucial for ensuring efficient order processing and minimizing errors in the kitchen. The specific number needed may depend on the restaurant's layout and volume of orders, but adhering to the franchisor's technology requirements is a condition of the franchise agreement.
