What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, Beyond Juicery Eatery provides approximately 80 hours of on-the-job training for its management training program. This training takes place at a Beyond Juicery Eatery restaurant unit designated by the company. The on-the-job training covers all areas listed in Note 1 of the FDD, which includes cultural orientation, management and communication seminars, accounting, reporting and inspection requirements, marketing orientation and general service, managerial and operational sessions, and classroom and on-the-job preparation, catering, cooking, and serving operations.

The FDD states that Beyond Juicery Eatery requires the franchisee's team to be certified and satisfactorily complete the on-the-job training. While Beyond Juicery Eatery does not charge for the initial on-the-job training, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses, as well as the wages, for themselves and their team during the training period.

Beyond Juicery Eatery retains the discretion to require one or more of the franchisee's managers, or the Franchisee Designate, to engage in additional training beyond the standard 80 hours. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with any additional training, which could also potentially delay the opening of the restaurant. Franchisees and their teams may also be required to participate in additional training programs or refresher courses in the future.
