What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisor establishes one or more websites and provides a "click through" sub-page for the benefit and promotion of the franchisee's restaurant, the franchisee must routinely provide updated content for posting. This includes copy, photographs, and news stories about their restaurant.
The content, frequency, and specific procedures for these updates will be detailed in Beyond Juicery Eatery's Operations Manuals. This ensures that the sub-page remains current and relevant, attracting potential customers and maintaining a consistent brand image.
Additionally, any pictures, photographs, or videos taken of the franchisee may be posted to the Beyond Juicery Eatery website and social media accounts at the franchisor's discretion. The franchisor retains all copyrights and rights to these materials, and the franchisee cannot request their removal. This clause highlights the franchisor's control over online content and the franchisee's limited rights in this area.
