What is the Beyond Juicery Eatery franchisee's responsibility regarding providing content for the website?

You may not maintain a world wide web site or otherwise maintain a presence on the internet other than as we provide through our website.
You may not separately register any domain name or social media accounts containing any of the Trademarks nor participate in any web site that markets goods and services similar to a Restaurant.
We alone may establish, maintain, modify or discontinue all internet, social media accounts, world wide web and electronic commerce activities pertaining to the System.
We may establish one or more websites accessible through one or more uniform resource locators ("URLs") and if we do, we may design and provide for the benefit of your Restaurant a "click through" sub-page at each such website for the promotion of your Restaurant.
If we establish one or more such website or other modes of electronic commerce and if we provide a "click through" sub-page at each such website for the promotion of your Restaurant, you agree to routinely provide us with updated copy, photographs and news stories about your Restaurant suitable for posting on our website and your Restaurant's "click through" sub-page, the content, frequency and procedure of which will be specified in our Operations Manuals.
You agree that any pictures, photographs, or videos taken of you may be posted to our website and social media accounts in our discretion and all copyrights and other rights belong exclusively to us.
You have no right to request or demand that we remove any picture, photograph, or video of you.

According to the 2025 Beyond Juicery Eatery Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted in their ability to establish an independent online presence. Franchisees cannot create their own websites or social media accounts using the brand's trademarks, nor can they participate in websites that market similar goods and services. Beyond Juicery Eatery retains exclusive control over all internet and social media activities related to the system.
However, Beyond Juicery Eatery may establish websites with "click through" sub-pages for individual restaurant promotion. If Beyond Juicery Eatery provides such a sub-page, franchisees must routinely supply updated copy, photographs, and news stories about their restaurant. The specific content, frequency, and procedures for these updates will be detailed in the Beyond Juicery Eatery Operations Manuals.
Beyond Juicery Eatery also reserves the right to post pictures, photographs, or videos of franchisees on their website and social media accounts, with all copyrights belonging exclusively to the franchisor. Franchisees do not have the right to demand the removal of such content. This policy ensures that Beyond Juicery Eatery maintains control over its brand image and online presence, while franchisees contribute localized content to promote their specific locations.
