What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to the brand's System standards and specifications. This includes maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant in good condition, following the brand's standards, and upgrading the restaurant as required by Beyond Juicery Eatery. Franchisees are also obligated to purchase proprietary products from Beyond Juicery Eatery or its designated suppliers.

Beyond Juicery Eatery franchisees must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. This extends to privacy laws concerning customer, employee, and transactional information. Franchisees are granted a limited right to process customer data, but must do so in compliance with privacy laws, Beyond Juicery Eatery's standards and specifications, and the operations manuals.

These requirements ensure consistency across all Beyond Juicery Eatery locations, helping to maintain brand identity and customer expectations. Franchisees benefit from a proven system, but must also accept the limitations and obligations that come with it. The obligation to upgrade the restaurant periodically, potentially costing up to $100,000 every five years, represents a significant financial commitment for franchisees.
