According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is indeed responsible for the computer system. Beyond Juicery Eatery requires franchisees to obtain and use a computer-based point-of-sale (POS) system in their restaurants, which must provide the franchisor with independent access to all of the franchisee's financial information. Franchisees must also purchase, subscribe to, and install a POS polling application that allows the franchisor access to daily sales and labor information. The franchisor reserves the right to designate changes or enhancements to the POS system, which may require the franchisee to make certain payments to the franchisor or its designated suppliers.

The Computer System and POS system are designed to generate reports on the sales and expenses of the Beyond Juicery Eatery restaurant. While Beyond Juicery Eatery does not currently require franchisees to purchase a service contract for the Computer System, they reserve the right to do so in the future. The FDD estimates the current annual cost of a service contract to be approximately $1,500. The technology required includes POS terminals, kiosks, kitchen display screens, printers, a desktop computer, a printer/scanner, a dedicated broadband connection, and an email account for the Restaurant Franchisee Designate.
