You may not maintain a world wide web site or otherwise maintain a presence on the internet other than as we provide through our website.
You may not separately register any domain name or social media accounts containing any of the Trademarks nor participate in any web site that markets goods and services similar to a Restaurant.
We alone may establish, maintain, modify or discontinue all internet, social media accounts, world wide web and electronic commerce activities pertaining to the System.
We may establish one or more websites accessible through one or more uniform resource locators ("URLs") and if we do, we may design and provide for the benefit of your Restaurant a "click through" sub-page at each such website for the promotion of your Restaurant.
If we establish one or more such website or other modes of electronic commerce and if we provide a "click through" sub-page at each such website for the promotion of your Restaurant, you agree to routinely provide us with updated copy, photographs and news stories about your Restaurant suitable for posting on our website and your Restaurant's "click through" sub-page, the content, frequency and procedure of which will be specified in our Operations Manuals.
You agree that any pictures, photographs, or videos taken of you may be posted to our website and social media accounts in our discretion and all copyrights and other rights belong exclusively to us.
You have no right to request or demand that we remove any picture, photograph, or video of you.
Any websites or other modes of electronic commerce that we establish or maintain may, in addition to advertising and promoting the products and services available at the System's Restaurants, also be devoted in part to offering Beyond Juicery + Eatery franchises for sale and be utilized by us to exploit the electronic commerce rights which we alone reserve.
We retain all rights relating to our web site and intranet system and may alter or terminate our web site or intranet system.
In addition to these activities, we may also establish an intranet through which downloads of operations and marketing materials, exchanges of franchisee e-mail, System discussion forums and system-wide communications (among other activities) can be effected.
Your conduct on our web site and intranet system or other online communications and specifically your use of the Trademarks or any advertising is subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beyond Juicery Eatery franchisees are required to provide updated content for the franchisor's website but the document does not specify who bears the expense of maintaining or participating in the website. The FDD states that franchisees must routinely provide updated copy, photographs, and news stories about their restaurant suitable for posting on the Beyond Juicery Eatery website and the restaurant's "click through" sub-page. The content, frequency, and procedure for these updates will be detailed in the Beyond Juicery Eatery Operations Manuals. Franchisees also agree that any pictures, photographs, or videos taken of them may be posted to the website and social media accounts at the franchisor's discretion, with all copyrights belonging exclusively to the franchisor. Franchisees have no right to demand the removal of such content.
Beyond Juicery Eatery retains all rights relating to its website and intranet system, and may alter or terminate them. The franchisor may also establish an intranet for various purposes, including providing operations and marketing materials, franchisee email exchanges, system discussion forums, and system-wide communications. Franchisee conduct on the website, intranet, or other online communications, including the use of trademarks or advertising, is subject to the terms of the Franchise Agreement.
While the FDD outlines the franchisee's responsibility to provide content for the website, it does not explicitly state whether the franchisee is responsible for any expenses related to the website's maintenance or participation. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Beyond Juicery Eatery what costs, if any, they will incur related to the website and electronic commerce activities.
