Does a Beyond Juicery Eatery franchisee need approval from Beyond Juicery Eatery to do business at events outside of the Restaurant?

According to the 2025 Beyond Juicery Eatery Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees need written consent from Beyond Juicery Eatery to engage in certain off-site food and beverage services. Specifically, a franchisee cannot operate any fixed or portable food booth, food cart, food truck, food trailer, or similar model of service or distribution, or any event that involves off-site food preparation without prior written consent from Beyond Juicery Eatery.

This restriction means that if a franchisee wants to participate in local events or festivals by selling Beyond Juicery Eatery products from a temporary setup, they must first obtain approval from the franchisor. This requirement allows Beyond Juicery Eatery to maintain control over its brand and ensure consistent quality and presentation across all points of sale, even those outside the traditional restaurant setting.

Beyond Juicery Eatery also reserves the right to either complete these services themselves or allow other franchisees or affiliates to do so, without owing any compensation to the franchisee, even if the event is within the franchisee's designated area. If a franchisee receives a request for any of these services, they are required to contact Beyond Juicery Eatery.
