What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to identify themselves as a Beyond Juicery + Eatery franchisee by exhibiting the company's trademarks and service marks. This includes displaying the trademarks on marketing materials, vehicles, employee uniforms, signage, interior and exterior design, paper products, stationary, business cards, invoices, and other business supplies. This ensures that customers recognize the location as an authorized Beyond Juicery Eatery franchise.
Beyond Juicery Eatery maintains control over how its trademarks are used and displayed. Franchisees must adhere to the brand's standards to ensure consistency across all locations. This protects the brand's image and reputation. Franchisees cannot use the trademarks as part of their corporate or other name, and they must comply with Beyond Juicery Eatery's instructions for trade name or fictitious name registrations.
These regulations are typical in franchising, as they protect the franchisor's brand identity and ensure a consistent customer experience across all franchise locations. Franchisees benefit from using a recognized brand, but they must also adhere to the franchisor's guidelines for trademark use. This helps maintain the integrity and value of the Beyond Juicery Eatery brand.
