What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may extend the initial management staff training period at your restaurant after opening. Beyond Juicery Eatery provides opening assistance for approximately one week, overlapping with the restaurant's opening. This assistance includes about two to three days of in-restaurant management staff training before the restaurant opens and about four to five days after opening.
Beyond Juicery Eatery has the discretion to extend this training period based on their assessment of the management staff's performance. If they determine that additional training is needed, the franchisee is responsible for covering the additional training costs. These costs include wages, travel, and living expenses for both the franchisor's and the franchisee's staff.
This extended training ensures that the management staff is adequately prepared to operate the Beyond Juicery Eatery location to the franchisor's standards. While beneficial for ensuring quality and consistency, franchisees should be aware of the potential for unexpected costs associated with extended training, including wages and travel expenses.
