From January 2024 to present, Mr. Disner has been employed by our affiliate, Nostimo Brands, LLC located in Madison Heights, Michigan and serves as the Director of Innovation for us and DWC Franchising, LLC. From January 2022 to January 2024, Mr. Disner was employed by our affiliate, Nostimo Brands, LLC and served as the Senior Director of New Store Development for us and DWC Franchising, LLC. From January 2021 to December 2021, Mr. Disner was employed by us and served as our Senior Director of New Store Development. Mr. Disner has also served as our Creative Director since February 2017.
