According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Approved Suppliers List is a list of approved architects, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and distributors. This list, along with the Approved Supplies List, dictates where franchisees must source inventory, supplies, products, fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, stationery, and other items or services necessary to operate their Beyond Juicery Eatery restaurant. The Approved Suppliers List will specify the manufacturer, supplier, and distributor, as well as the inventory, products, fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, stationery, suppliers, and services that Beyond Juicery Eatery has approved to be carried or used in the Restaurant. Beyond Juicery Eatery also reserves the right to re-examine or retest approved suppliers and revoke approval if they no longer meet the company's standards.

Adherence to the Approved Suppliers List and Approved Supplies List is crucial for maintaining the uniformity and quality standards of the Beyond Juicery Eatery system. While franchisees are required to purchase a significant portion of their supplies from approved sources (estimated to be 80% of initial establishment costs and 40% of ongoing operating costs), this also allows Beyond Juicery Eatery to negotiate better prices with suppliers based on larger volumes, potentially benefiting franchisees through price discounts. However, Beyond Juicery Eatery also reserves the right to receive rebates from suppliers based on franchisee purchases, and they may retain all or a portion of these rebates.
