You must select a Location we approve within one hundred twenty (120) days after the execution of the Franchise Agreement. We may cancel the Franchise Agreement in our sole discretion and option if you fail to select a Location acceptable to us within this timeframe.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must select a location that is approved by Beyond Juicery Eatery within 120 days after the execution of the Franchise Agreement. If the franchisee fails to select a location acceptable to Beyond Juicery Eatery within this timeframe, Beyond Juicery Eatery has the option to cancel the Franchise Agreement.
Beyond Juicery Eatery requires the franchisee to select a suitable site for their restaurant, subject to Beyond Juicery Eatery's approval. The franchisee must use a commercial real estate broker approved by Beyond Juicery Eatery and also use the real estate site analysis services of their Approved Supplier to evaluate the proposed site. The franchisee is required to submit a description of the proposed site along with evidence confirming favorable prospects for obtaining the site and supply the required Development Materials that outline all of the information needed by Beyond Juicery Eatery to review the proposed site.
Beyond Juicery Eatery will provide written notice of approval or disapproval of the proposed site within 45 days after receiving the franchisee's written proposal. Factors considered for approval include general location, traffic patterns, rent expense, demographics, equipment and services at the site, leasehold improvement costs, the ability to reflect the Beyond Juicery + Eatery image, and parking. However, Beyond Juicery Eatery retains the right to approve or disapprove a proposed site at its sole discretion.

The franchisee bears sole responsibility for the financial risks and rewards associated with the selected location. Beyond Juicery Eatery has no obligation or liability for any issues arising from the franchisee's location choice or the purchase or lease of the location.
