We currently require participation in our gift card program.
You will sell gift cards and redeem gift cards.
On a monthly basis our affiliate reconciles your sales and redemptions.
If your sales exceed redemptions, you must pay the difference to our affiliate that operates the gift card fund.
If your redemptions exceed sales, the gift card fund will pay you the difference.
Our gift card fund is currently managed by our separate gift card affiliate entity, BJE Gift Card Holdings, LLC.
We may change the separate card fund entity or assign management of the gift card fund back to us or to a third party at any time in our discretion.
We do
not currently charge any fees for administering the gift card program but reserve the right to do so in the future.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in their gift card program is currently required. Franchisees are obligated to sell and redeem gift cards as part of this program. An affiliate of Beyond Juicery Eatery reconciles sales and redemptions on a monthly basis.
If a franchisee's gift card sales exceed redemptions, the franchisee must remit the difference to Beyond Juicery Eatery's affiliate, BJE Gift Card Holdings, LLC, which manages the gift card fund. Conversely, if redemptions exceed sales, the gift card fund will pay the franchisee the difference. While Beyond Juicery Eatery does not currently charge any fees for administering the gift card program, they retain the right to implement such fees in the future.
It is important to note that Beyond Juicery Eatery reserves the right to change the entity managing the gift card fund or assign its management to themselves or a third party at any time. Franchisees should stay informed of any changes to the gift card program's terms and conditions, as these could impact their operational procedures and financial responsibilities.
