What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee needs to replace their Franchisee Designate and Beyond Juicery Eatery conducts training for the replacement, the franchisee is responsible for covering all associated costs and expenses. These expenses are based on the then-current rates for additional training.
The costs include, but are not limited to, the wages, meals, lodging, and travel expenses for the replacement Franchisee Designate to attend the training. This means a franchisee should budget not only for the direct training fees but also for all logistical costs associated with getting the new designate trained.
This policy ensures that Beyond Juicery Eatery is compensated for the training provided to replacement personnel, while the franchisee bears the responsibility for managing their staff and covering the costs of any necessary training. It is important for franchisees to factor in potential turnover and the associated training expenses when planning their operational budget.
