What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to a multi-stage submission and approval process for construction plans. Initially, franchisees must submit conceptual drawings that incorporate adaptations for the local market. These drawings may require modifications based on Beyond Juicery Eatery's feedback, after which the revised drawings are resubmitted for final consent.
Following approval of the conceptual drawings, franchisees are required to submit construction plans and specifications. These plans should be based on the standard construction plans provided by Beyond Juicery Eatery, but adapted according to the previously approved conceptual drawings. Similar to the initial stage, these construction plans and specifications may also need to be modified based on feedback from Beyond Juicery Eatery before being resubmitted for final consent. The franchisee must construct their restaurant according to these consented plans.
Furthermore, franchisees cannot modify the approved conceptual drawings and construction plans without obtaining written consent from Beyond Juicery Eatery. Franchisees must also provide a construction schedule before starting construction, along with monthly updates and revisions to keep Beyond Juicery Eatery informed of the progress. This process ensures that each Beyond Juicery Eatery location aligns with the brand's standards and specifications, while also allowing for necessary local adaptations.
