What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must commence construction of their restaurant within one month from the date that Beyond Juicery Eatery provides preliminary location consent. Construction is considered to have commenced when construction-related work begins at the location.
Following the commencement of construction, the franchisee must complete the construction within three months. The franchisee is also responsible for obtaining all necessary zoning classifications, clearances, consents, permits, licenses, and variances required for the restaurant's construction. Copies of these permits and licenses must be provided to Beyond Juicery Eatery upon request.
Furthermore, the franchisee is required to inform Beyond Juicery Eatery of the construction commencement date within ten days after it begins. Beyond Juicery Eatery retains the right to inspect the construction site and the franchisee must make the necessary arrangements to ensure access for these inspections. This allows Beyond Juicery Eatery to monitor progress and ensure compliance with their standards and specifications.
