What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beyond Juicery Eatery emphasizes the importance of uniformity and consistency across all franchise locations to maintain brand standards. The franchise agreement stipulates that each restaurant will feature a distinctive format and method of conducting business, encompassing marketing and sales procedures, as well as cooking, smoothie, juice, and food presentation processes. This indicates that Beyond Juicery Eatery considers these elements crucial for franchisees to replicate.

Beyond Juicery Eatery requires franchisees to adhere to the standards and specifications of the system, including maintaining the interior and exterior of their restaurants in good condition and upgrading them as reasonably required by the company. These upgrades, which can cost up to $100,000 and occur no more than once every five years, ensure that all locations conform to the current image of Beyond Juicery Eatery restaurants. This demonstrates a commitment to maintaining a consistent brand image across all locations.

Furthermore, Beyond Juicery Eatery maintains control over the brand's online presence, managing all internet and social media activities related to the system. Franchisees are required to provide updated content for the company's website and are restricted from independently registering domain names or participating in websites that market similar goods and services. This centralized control ensures that the brand message and image are consistent across all digital platforms. The FDD also states that Beyond Juicery Eatery may establish an intranet for sharing operations and marketing materials, facilitating communication and ensuring that all franchisees have access to the same resources and information.
