What conditions must be met for Beyond Juicery Eatery to approve a proposed location?

In determining whether to allow you to relocate your unit, we consider the same factors we would consider in initially approving a site for your Restaurant. In addition, we consider such factors as whether you have:

- Removed all obligations from the previous location (e.g., land or building lease, land contract, property, or sales taxes);

- Previously violated your Franchise Agreement, any health codes, or other state or local ordinances, or regulations;

- Made full payment of all monies owed to us; and
-
- Received prior approval, from us, for the proposed location.
You may not relocate your Restaurant outside of your Designated Area. You may not establish additional outlets within or outside of your Designated Area without purchasing an additional franchise from us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wishes to relocate their restaurant within their designated area, Beyond Juicery Eatery will consider the same factors they would consider when initially approving a site. These factors include demographics, traffic patterns, existing locations and their viability, competition, proximity to shopping centers, and market feasibility.
In addition to these general location factors, Beyond Juicery Eatery also considers specific conditions related to the franchisee's performance and obligations. The franchisee must have removed all obligations from the previous location, such as leases or tax obligations. They must not have previously violated the Franchise Agreement, health codes, or other state or local ordinances or regulations.
Furthermore, the franchisee must have made full payment of all monies owed to Beyond Juicery Eatery and received prior approval from Beyond Juicery Eatery for the proposed location. These conditions ensure that the franchisee is in good standing with Beyond Juicery Eatery and has a suitable location for continued operation. It is important to note that a franchisee may not relocate their restaurant outside of their designated area or establish additional outlets without purchasing an additional franchise.
