Beyond_Juicery_Eatery Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

  • 2.02 You shall pay to us a weekly royalty fee ("Royalty") equal to six percent (6%) of your Restaurant's Gross Sales without offset, credit, or deduction of any nature.

You authorize us to collect the Royalty by means of electronic funds transfer ("EFT") each Wednesday for the previous week's Royalty or on a day of the week that we determine in our Operations Manual for the previous week's Royalty.

On Monday of each week, you shall transmit to us a report of the previous week's Gross Sales (the "Gross Sales Report").

If you fail to submit the weekly Gross Sales Report on the due date, we have the right, and you authorize us, to estimate the Gross Sales of your Restaurant and collect the Royalty, Marketing Fee, and other fees due to us by EFT.

If we estimate your Restaurant's Gross Sales due to your failure to submit the weekly Gross Sales Report, you shall be responsible for the payment of our staff time, at rates disclosed in our Operations Manual, and to true up your Royalty, Marketing Fee, and other fees due to us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the weekly royalty fee, which is 6% of the Restaurant's Gross Sales, is collected via electronic funds transfer (EFT). This transfer occurs each Wednesday for the previous week's royalty, although Beyond Juicery Eatery can determine an alternate day, as specified in their Operations Manual.

Each Monday, franchisees must submit a Gross Sales Report to Beyond Juicery Eatery detailing the previous week's sales. If a franchisee fails to submit this report on time, Beyond Juicery Eatery has the right to estimate the Gross Sales and collect the Royalty, Marketing Fee, and other applicable fees via EFT.

If Beyond Juicery Eatery estimates the Gross Sales due to a franchisee's failure to submit the Gross Sales Report, the franchisee is responsible for covering Beyond Juicery Eatery's staff time at rates disclosed in the Operations Manual. Additionally, the franchisee must reconcile any differences in the Royalty, Marketing Fee, and other fees owed.
