Can Beyond Juicery Eatery charge a fee for refresher training programs?

According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beyond Juicery Eatery may charge a fee for refresher training programs and seminars provided to the franchisee, the Franchisee Designate, and/or the managers. If such refresher training programs are necessary, the franchisee will be responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for themselves and their employees.

Beyond Juicery Eatery also provides initial management training programs. The franchisee or their Franchisee Designate and at least three managers are required to complete this training at least 30 days before the Restaurant opens. Management personnel hired after the restaurant opens are required to complete the management training at the franchisee's sole cost and expense.

Beyond Juicery Eatery may organize and implement Franchisee meetings, including in-person meetings, conference calls, webinars, and webcasts, for franchisees, Franchisee Designates, managers, or other key employees. The franchisee is responsible for the travel and expenses associated with these meetings.
