We began offering franchises in August 2017. We do not offer, and have not offered, franchises in any other line of business. At this time, our only business activity is the operation of the Beyond Juicery +
Eatery franchise system. We reserve the right to conduct other business activities in the future. We have never operated a business similar to the business being franchised. However, since June 2005, our affiliates have owned and operated Beyond Juicery + Eatery Restaurants similar to the Restaurant being offered here. As of the issuance date, our affiliates operate three (3) Beyond Juicery + Eatery Restaurants.
