You must renovate, repair, and alter the exterior and interior of your premises at your own expense as reasonably directed by us.
If you fail to make such required renovations within thirty (30) days after your receipt of written notice from us setting forth the specific repairs or alterations that are required, then we, without being guilty in any manner of trespass, fault or negligence, and without prejudice to any of the other remedies we have, may have such repairs or alterations completed to maintain your Restaurant in accordance with our required standards.
