Assistance after Opening. During the operation of the Restaurant, we will:

- As part of the initial staff training discussed above, we will assist with your management staff training at your Restaurant for approximately 1 week, which time will overlap your opening. We may, in our discretion, extend this training period based on our assessment of the management staff's performance during the training period (Franchise Agreement - Section 3.04). If you request additional assistance, you will be responsible for our trainer's per diem fee and related travel costs. (Franchise Agreement – Section 3.04).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beyond Juicery Eatery's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the initial staff training, Beyond Juicery Eatery will assist with management staff training at your restaurant for approximately one week, overlapping with the restaurant's opening. Beyond Juicery Eatery may extend this training period based on their assessment of the management staff's performance.
If a franchisee requests additional assistance beyond the initial one-week period, they will be responsible for the trainer's per diem fee and related travel costs. This means that while some initial support is provided, franchisees should be prepared to cover the expenses for any extended or additional training needed for their management staff after the restaurant opens.
Beyond Juicery Eatery also makes periodic visits to the restaurant for consultation, inspections, assistance, and guidance. Franchisees should be aware that they are responsible for maintaining a fully-trained and certified management team, and any management personnel hired after the initial opening are required to complete the management training at the franchisee's sole cost.
